GENERAL INFORMATIONRegistration
Early Bird Discount Discount: For Fall 2010 courses, register on or before Friday October 1, 2010 and receive a 10% discount off your registration. Some restrictions apply; please see course descriptions for exceptions. Cannot be combined with any other discount.
Senior Discount: Senior citizens (55+) may take a 10% discount off their registration. Some restrictions apply; please see course descriptions for exceptions. Cannot be combined with any other discount.
Payment: Please make checks payable to "EASTCONN Community Education." Phone and fax registrations accepted with VISA and MasterCard only.
Registration: Paid pre-registration is required for all classes! Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served, PAID basis. Classes run contingent on PAID enrollment and may be cancelled or postponed due to insufficient registrations. If class is canceled or postponed, you will be notified using the contact information you provide with your registration.
Confirmation/Receipts: Confirmations of registration in a class, written or verbal, are not provided unless requested. Please provide a self-addressed, paid envelope should you need a written confirmation or receipt. Unless you are otherwise notified, classes will run as scheduled.
Refund Policy: A full refund will be issued ONLY when EASTCONN Community Education cancels a course. If you decide not to take a class, a 90% refund will be issued if we are notified 10 days prior to the first class. A 75% credit, good for one year from issue date, will be issued if we are notified before the second class meeting. No refunds apply to one-day classes or bus trips unless EASTCONN cancels the course or trip. Please allow one month from cancellation notification to receive your check.

Inclement Weather: If EASTCONN and/or the school at which your class takes place is closed due to inclement weather, your class will not meet. Should inclement weather develop during the day, class cancellations will be announced by late afternoon. In case of inclement weather, please watch WVIT NBC30TV or listen to 98.3 FM, 97.5 FM, WINY 1350 AM, or WILI 1400 AM.
