Description Reduce, reuse and recycle! In this workshop, participants will have access to a variety of learning experiences which will enhance the study of renewable resources and enviornmental topics. Through the use of hands-on inquiry-based lessons and web applications, participants will learn about "green living." In addition, we will trace the life of an aluminum can using interdisciplinary curriculum that can be used in any classroom.
 
Objectives As a result of taking part in this workshop, participants will:
  		• Become familiar with CT Science standard 3.4.
  		•  Experience new curriculum resources which demonstrate the life of aluminum through the recycling process.
  		•  Receive lessons which can be implemented in the classroom using low-cost and easily obtained materials and will expand upon students' skills and knowledge about how to make sustainable choices.
