LAS Links Data Analysis to Inform Instruction

Description This workshop includes in-depth analysis of the 4 sub-tests of the LAS Links for teachers to understand what language acquisition skills and academic skills are being assessed. By analyzing sample tests, participants will gain an understanding of the test. They will discover where students have weaknesses and strengths, so that they can use the test results to inform instruction.
 
Objectives As a result of taking part in this workshop, participants will:
  		• Understand what is being assessed on the LAS Links test
  		•  Analyze the scores on the 4 sub-tests of the LAS Links
  		•  Be able to identify strengths and weaknesses of a particular student based on their scores
