Description This facilitation training offers an opportunity for consultants and other school based leaders to examine their roles as leaders and focus their skills on the integration of new learning [e.g. First Step in Mathematics, CT SRBI framework] into their school systems.
 
Objectives As a result of taking part in this workshop, participants will:
  		• Examine School Improvement Initiatives (Data Teams, Effective Strategies, Assessments) and determine their place in their schools
  		•  Review the process of Teaming
  		•  Evaluate themselves as facilitators/leaders of change
  		•  Create an action plan for integration of new learning in their schools focused on using data to improve student learning
